Online Appointment Setter

The Fair Group is a leading provider of mental health and education services We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Appointment Setter to manage inbound leads, follow up on potential clients, and schedule meetings efficiently.

• Call and follow up with leads to confirm and schedule appointments.
• Engage professionally with potential clients, particularly those in the healthcare sector.
• Coordinate and set meeting times between clients and our team.
• Track and manage leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Set up automations when required to improve workflow and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and appointments.
• Work towards appointment-setting targets and ensure a consistent flow of new clients.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak professionally and empathetically to clients.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead management, or a similar role, preferably within healthcare.
• Ability to use CRM tools to track leads and manage follow-ups.
• Highly organised and self-motivated, ensuring no lead is left uncontacted.
• Target-driven with the ability to work towards KPIs and scheduling goals.
• Must be able to commit to this role for at least one year
