Account Executive, UK

Sprout.ai is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive enterprise sales in the UK.

Role Summary

As an Account Executive, you will lead the execution of our sales and go-to-market strategy in the UK. You will target new customers, close expansion business, and exceed quarterly quotas.

Responsibilities
  • Drive success by achieving your individual sales quota.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales process and grow market presence.
  • Source leads and develop relationships with senior insurance stakeholders.
  • Lead the enterprise sales process with prospects, understand business goals, and articulate product benefits.
  • Create compelling business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Work with the sales team to embed a productive sales culture.
  • Develop deep understanding of the global insurance landscape.
  • Build a network of insurance and claims leaders.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaign messages.
  • Partner with engagement/cost success team for onboarding and retention.
  • Influence product roadmap by sharing client feedback.
  • Document sales activity and manage pipeline details in Hub Spot.
Qualifications
  • Track record of personally growing ARR and outperforming quotas.
  • Experience selling startup product and enterprise software to large insurers.
  • Proven ability to source own deals and navigate large organizations.
  • Experience working closely with technical solution architects.
  • Network building within insurance industry.
  • Experience partnering with marketing and product leaders.
Nice to Haves
  • Existing relationships in insurance sector.
  • Understanding of AI landscape.
  • Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages.
