Salary: £30,000 + £15,000 commission (paid quarterly)
Working Pattern:
Monday - Friday, 4 days in office / 1 day Work from home
(One week per month is fully office-based for monthly sales meetings)

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our Reservation Sales Team on a fixed-term contract. This team is at the heart of our business - handling high‑volume inbound enquiries and turning them into repeat, loyal customers.

You'll be part of a vibrant team of four, led by a manager who has been with the business for seven years and has a strong track record of developing people and supporting career progression. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone‑based environment and enjoys working towards ambitious sales targets.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling high volumes of inbound leads via phone, email, and website enquiries
Converting enquiries into bookings while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Working to significant quarterly revenue targets (circa £450k per quarter)
Identifying upsell opportunities and nurturing repeat business
Taking part in the team phone‑shift rota
Representing our brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm every dayWho We're Looking For

Telesales
Membership sales
Any sales role with high lead volume
