Outbound B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter

Please note training and Grad Bay are completed on site at our Church Street office. Once completed you may then have the option to work from home on a hybrid model.

We are looking for candidates who:
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Have a minimum of 12 months telesales or face-to-face sales experience

  • Are technically minded and have an interest in technology

  • Enjoy connecting with people and have a knack for understanding their needs

  • Possess a keen interest in identifying potential customers and generating qualified opportunities

  • Exhibit qualities of tenacity, adaptability, resilience, focus, and a positive attitude

  • Thrive in a target-driven environment and value teamwork

  • Can contribute motivation, creativity, and a positive outlook to the team dynamic

Responsibilities

As a key team member, you will:

  • Make outbound B2B calls on behalf of our client to generate new leads and arrange qualified appointments

  • Engage with businesses across the American market

  • Maintain a high standard of quality and compliance in all calls

  • Report to your Team Manager and achieve agreed KPIs

  • Represent our client’s brand in a professional manner

Working Hours & Location
  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday

  • Working hours between 2pm – 11pm
    , aligned with US time zones

  • 40 hours per week
