Role summary

As a Telesales Executive, you will be the primary engine for Unipro’s appointment setting and lead qualification efforts. Working three days per week, your mission is to turn interest into action by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective clients.

This role requires a persistent and professional communicator who can navigate gatekeepers, engage stakeholders, and ensure that our Business Development team has a consistent flow of high‑quality meetings. You will be the “first impression” of Unipro, representing our custom software studio to the UK market.

What will be my day‑to‑day responsibilities?

Lead Qualification & Outreach:

  • Follow up promptly on marketing‑generated leads to qualify their needs and budget.
  • Conduct high‑volume outbound calling to target potential clients through research and outreach.
  • “Qualify out” prospects that do not fit Unipro’s strategic profile to ensure the sales team focuses on high‑value opportunities.
  • Book and coordinate discovery meetings/appointments for the senior sales team.

Data & CRM Management:

  • Maintain meticulous records of all communications and lead statuses within Hub Spot.
  • Gather market insights and competitor activities during calls to help inform wider business strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager on call volumes, conversion rates, and the status of the appointment pipeline.
To get this job, the required skills and experience to demonstrate are:
  • Experience
    :
    Proven experience in a telesales, lead generation, or appointment‑setting role, preferably within a B2B or tech environment.
  • Communication
    :
    Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Resilience
    : A self‑motivated and goal‑oriented approach with the ability to handle rejection and remain focused on targets.
  • Organisation
    :
    Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively within a 3‑day work week.
  • Tech Savvy
    :
    Strongly capable with internal systems, including MS Office and CRM platforms (Hub Spot experience is a major plus).
