Position: 5x Insurance Sales Advisor

Insurance Sales Adviser
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + uncapped monthly commission
Location: South Manchester - Hybrid
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Mon-Fri (hours between 8am-8pm) (e.g. 8am-4pm) (1 late shift per week) 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am-2pm)

What you'll do
  • Deliver expert advice over the phone, tailoring solutions to individual needs

What we're looking for
  • Experience in financial services or a proven sales record, ideally in a contact centre environment
  • Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
