Overview

Due the rapid expansion of our clients estate agency partners, we are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisors to join the team. The role will involve dealing with a high volume of new clients and nurturing them through the house buying process.

In this role you’ll be working alongside our growing list of nationwide estate agency partners, providing a streamlined buying service with our internal conveyancing team..

This is a fully remote role and we are open to applicants of all ages and levels of experience, full and part time.

Commissions

* 75/25 split on all existing clients (existing clients will be retained by the broker indefinitely)

* 50/50 split on all leads provided

* Broker fees paid on application

Qualifications Required

* CeMap 1/2/3

* CF1/6

Experience

* CAS Status

* At least 18 months operating as a mortgage advisor

* Estate agency experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

* Calling leads and filling your own diary with new appointments

* 1st appointments and assessment of clients eligibility

* Sign up appointments and protection recommendations

* Pipeline updates and progressing the case to exchange

* Working alongside our internal conveyancing company

* Working in tandem with our estate agency partners
