Hybrid, working from home and also in the field. Ideally you will be based in the East Midlands.

As our next Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for revenue & profit within designated indirect accounts to achieve targeted revenue and profit for the full portfolio of KM products.
Responsibilities will include:We want your recruitment experience to be transparent, inclusive, and engaging - with clear expectations, open conversations, and space for you to be yourself.
- Screening Call: A friendly conversation with one of our Talent Acquisition team members - a chance for us to get to know each other.
- First Interview with presentation: Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring team, which will involve a presentation and competency questions
- Second interview: This will be an informal chat with our Head of Indirect Sales
- Offer Stage: If we're a great fit, our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch with an offer. From there, our HR Operations team will take care of you.
- Proven experience of building relationships in a high growth environment
- Demonstrable indirect sales experience, ideally within print as a consumables specialist
- A strong networker with ability to encourage performance and drive activity
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Excel
- A solid understanding of consultative sales process.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to create/demonstrate empathy with internal and external customers
- A strong team player
- Exceptional Stakeholder management
- High Impact verbal and written communication and present
