Senior Mortgage Advisor – Uncapped , Hybrid

This role is designed for a high‑performing professional who wants to focus purely on writing business, maximising an uncapped commission structure, and stepping into a senior tier with clear management support.

• Base Salary: £31,000 (with a supporting payment guarantee for a fixed period to secure your transition).
• On‑Target Earnings (OTE): A highly realistic £70,000+ per annum. The commission structure is completely uncapped, putting you in full control of your income.
• Company Vehicle:
  Choose between a dedicated company car or a £3,500 annual car allowance.
• Work Pattern & Flexibility: A 5‑day weekly schedule including two Saturdays off per month. Includes the option to work from home 1 day a week.

• Meet with clients to deeply understand their financial needs and present tailored mortgage solutions.
• Advise on and promote comprehensive insurance and protection products via Legal & General.
• Collaborate closely with estate agency colleagues, providing coaching to help maximise cross‑referral opportunities.
• Manage lender relationships to secure the best deals while maintaining strict compliance with FCA guidelines.

• A valid CeMAP 1 qualification (or current CAS status) alongside demonstrable mortgage advising experience.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a natural ability to convert leads into compliant business.
