NBS Inside Sales Manager

Inside Sales Representative – Home/office-based – Airdrie.

Salary: £26,227.50 per annum (pro rata for part time) + Commission & benefits. Hours of Work – Monday to Friday (9am – 5.30pm). Minimum 18hrs per week will be considered for part time.

Lyreco is the exclusive distributor for Nespresso Professional. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to build new business in the office and business environment.

• Manage new client relationships by phone, social media and email
• Create appointments for the Business Development Managers
• Self–generate leads and opportunities
• Contact existing Lyreco customers to increase spend on Nespresso Professional for businesses with 5-50 employees
• Effectively manage a pipeline of potential customers, report activity, track sales, and book appointments
• Work closely with other areas of the business to enhance the service offering
• Complete the CRM on a daily basis

• Previous demonstrable experience in an outbound sales environment
• Ability to negotiate and sell at all levels
• Knowledge of creating and developing a new business pipeline
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly organised with a motivated and ambitious attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
