Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Junior National Account Manager – High Growth Sports & Wellness Brand

This role is remote with collaboration at the London HQ. You’ll report to the Head of Grocery and develop designated accounts across the Grocery Channel, contributing to a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment within a well-established European presence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage designated accounts across the Grocery Channel.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to achieve goals; work with cross-functional teams beyond your own account set.
  • Mentor and develop your direct report and help ensure their success as much as your own.
  • Operate in a flexible, nimble manner in a growing SME with a high-growth trajectory.
What you’ll be doing
  • Build relationships with customers and understand their business needs to drive sales growth.
  • Take ownership of your responsibilities in a remote role with support from the London HQ.
  • Work collaboratively with the Grocery team and wider business to achieve shared objectives.
You
  • Energetic self-starter with strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results
  • Someone with initiative and a get sh
    * t done approach
  • Experience in UK sales channels, ideally with established customer relationships
  • Familiarity with high-paced environments, preferably in FMCG, particularly within drinks or food categories
  • Analytical mindset, with experience in using data to inform decisions and drive actions
