Position: Business Development Manager –D365 Business Applications – £80k

Business Development Manager – D365 Business Applications – £80k – £160K OTE

Pearson Carter is currently working with a leading Microsoft Partner in the UK who are looking to bring in a Sales Specialist focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

This is a solution-led sales role where you will drive growth by understanding customer challenges, shaping Microsoft Business Application solutions, and working closely with presales and delivery teams to close high-value deals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative, discovery-led sales conversations with customers
  • Design and position end-to-end D365 and Power Platform solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across mid-market and enterprise clients Develop proposals, business cases, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with presales, technical, and delivery teams on complex deals
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Business Applications
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft roadmap, market trends, and competitors
Experience
  • Proven experience selling Microsoft Business Applications (D365, Power Platform, Business Central, CE/CRM)
  • Strong background in consultative / solution-led sales
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Track record of managing pipeline and closing deals
  • Experience working alongside technical and delivery teams
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
