Engagement:
Independent Contractor

• Conduct outbound high volume prospecting via email, Linked In, and cold calling
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
• Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) using platforms like Linked In Sales Navigator
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)

• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation (preferably in B2B SaaS or digital services)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools (Linked In Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, Slack, etc.)
• Resilient, coachable, and target-driven mindset
