As a Retentions Advisor you will engage customers via our telephony system, building rapport, asking the right questions and offering personalised solutions to help them rediscover the value of staying with us. You will work towards clear retention targets while ensuring every interaction meets FCA standards and the company’s quality expectations.
ResponsibilitiesYou will handle a high volume of customer calls, work to achieve daily and monthly retention targets, maintain compliance with FCA requirements, and keep every interaction consistent with our high‑standard customer‑first approach.

- Independent – work autonomously in a home‑based setting while meeting performance targets.
Contract:
Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with a rotating weekly shift pattern. Shift pattern will rotate on a 6‑week rota between 8am and 8pm (Monday‑Saturday). Two 15‑minute breaks and one full hour for lunch are included. You will be based in Nottingham with hybrid & remote options. Equipment will be provided; broadband access is required.
You will receive a comprehensive training programme that includes eLearning, facilitator‑led sessions, role‑reality sessions, call listening and call‑taking exercises to fully understand the role and succeed at Domestic & General.
