Role OverviewWe are seeking a confident, results-driven Remote B2B Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This is a full 360° sales role where you will own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — selling high-value solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you thrive on closing deals, smashing targets, and building strong client relationships, this role offers the chance to sharpen your skills quickly and progress into senior strategic positions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, Linked In, and video calls
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with client needs and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, directors, and senior stakeholders
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to negotiation and closing
- Develop customised proposals that clearly communicate value and ROI
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate terms to secure deals
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs, revenue targets, and activity metrics
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client success
- Minimum of 2 years’ B2B sales experience with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Confidence in handling objections and negotiating effectively
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Self‑motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM systems preferred but not essential
- Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with prospects
- Building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Closing high-quality deals and exceeding revenue targets
- Developing into a trusted advisor for clients
- Progressing into a fully‑fledged 360° sales professional
- Base salary: £26,500–£30,000 per year
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £40,000–£45,000+
- Monthly and quarterly bonuses

- Fully remote role with occasional company meetings/events
- Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (overtime available)
