Now, we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.

You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, building relationships with hotels and venues, sparking interest, and opening doors for our Sales Manager through proactive outbound activity.

- Proactively identify and research potential hotel and venue clients
- Execute outbound sales activity (cold calling, email outreach, Linked In)
- Qualify leads and nurture relationships over time
- Book high-quality demos for the Sales Manager
- Host and support webinars to generate inbound leads
- Represent Wed Pro at industry events and trade shows
- Build relationships with key decision-makers including General Managers, Hotel Owners, Commercial & Sales Managers, and Wedding & Events Coordinators
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (calls, notes, pipeline activity)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to optimise lead generation strategies
- Dynamic, confident, and highly personable
- Naturally proactive with a strong "can-do" attitude
- Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations
- Target-driven and motivated by results
- Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups

Experience in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing role (hospitality experience is a big plus)
A passion or strong interest in the wedding and/or hospitality industry
Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
Availability to travel for industry events and team meet-ups (Ireland, approx. twice per year)
Bonus points if you’ve worked in a hotel, venue, or as a wedding coordinator
