Are you a commercially driven trader with experience in the meat, food, or protein sector? We are seeking an ambitious and results-focused European Meat Trader to join a growing international trading business. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and manage trading relationships across European markets while earning a competitive salary and performance‑based rewards.

• Develop and manage profitable trading relationships across Europe.
• Source and trade beef, pork, poultry, lamb, and other protein products.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and supply agreements with suppliers and customers.
• Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activity.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Manage trading margins and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Travel within Europe as required to meet customers and suppliers.

• Previous experience in meat trading, food trading, commodity trading, or protein sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer and supplier relationships.
• Understanding of European food supply chains and international trade.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Additional European language skills are advantageous but not essential.
