Location:
Chesterfield
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Uncapped commission
Working Hours
* Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm (office-based)
* Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm (working from home)

Responsibilities:
You’ll handle enquiries from initial contact right through to closing the deal, working with a wide range of customers including construction professionals, factory managers, and warehouse operators.
Most of your pipeline will come from inbound enquiries, giving you the opportunity to focus on a consultative, solutions-led approach. Alongside this, there’s scope to proactively develop new business.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Speaking with customers to understand project requirements
* Preparing tailored quotations and proposals
* Running Zoom calls and occasional face-to-face meetings
* Managing opportunities across both short and longer sales cycles
* Keeping your pipeline organised in Hub Spot and following up consistently
Skills/ Experience required:
* We’re keen to speak with people who have B2B sales experience and are confident managing conversations with customers at all levels – This is an essential requirement for this role
* Organised and able to manage your own workload
* Consistent and proactive with follow-up
* Customer-focused and adaptable in your approach
* Comfortable juggling multiple opportunities at once
* Motivated by progression and personal development
* Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle is required
