Role Overview :

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to introduce Pricing Penguin to contractors, tradespeople, and construction businesses across the UK.

This is a performance-based role where you will engage with potential customers, start conversations, and guide them through the value of our platform.

The role involves outbound communication (phone-based outreach) as part of the sales process, but success is focused on your ability to build interest, communicate value, and convert opportunities.

This is ideal for someone confident speaking to business owners, who enjoys earning through results rather than fixed salary structures.

Responsibilities:

* Engage with contractors, tradespeople, and construction businesses

* Start conversations and present Pricing Penguin in a clear, confident way

* Use outbound calls and follow-ups to generate interest (phone-based outreach is part of the role)

* Identify potential customers and guide them toward sign-up

* Manage your own pipeline and track conversations

* Work independently and structure your own day

Requirements:

* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

* Comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers

* Experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles preferred (not essential)

* Self-motivated and driven by results and earnings

* Comfortable working in a commission-only structure

* Reliable setup for remote working (phone + laptop + internet)
