Position: Growth Leader for High-Ticket Sales Pods (Remote & Equity)
Location: Greater London

Stride Nex is seeking a hands-on Sales Director / Head of Growth to develop sales execution for their subsidiaries and select clients. This is a unique opportunity to build the business from the ground up, focusing on performance-led models and coaching sales talent.

The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales leadership experience and a strong background in high-ticket consultative selling, mainly in technology or consultancy sectors. Strong CRM management and the ability to personally close sales are essential for success.
