Business Development Executive

Location:

London (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home) Salary: £32,000 £ 35,000 basic  uncapped commission The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Executive to join a growing events, digital media and marketing business. Working with leading technology and service providers, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and supporting the commercial team in driving revenue growth.

This role offers excellent training, a supportive team environment, and a clear pathway into consultative sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities Identify and engage prospective clients through phone, email, and Linked In outreach Generate qualified sales opportunities and book meetings for the commercial team Build relationships with senior stakeholders across target markets Maintain an active pipeline and accurately update CRM records Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support commercial growth About You Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, lead generation, or a customer-facing role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident making outbound calls and engaging new prospects Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven Keen to develop a long-term career in B2B sales What's on Offer?
