Protection Advisor

£30,000 – £35,000, £70k+ OTE

Due to year‑on‑year growth, my client is actively seeking experienced and ambitious Protection Advisors to contribute by looking after direct applicants from enquiry through to completion/paid out.

As a Protection Advisor, you'll guide clients through their protection journey, from initial inquiry to completion—ensuring they receive expert advice on income protection, mortgage protection, and other essential coverage.

Working with a whole‑of‑market approach, you'll leverage our client's innovative technology to work efficiently while maintaining the personal touch that builds lasting client relationships.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • 2+ years of experience advising on protection products in a brokerage environment
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment while working independently
  • Demonstrates expertise in handling B2C inquiries
  • Comfortable navigating multiple lenders to find optimal whole‑of‑market solutions
  • RO5 qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience supporting customers from initial enquiry to completion
