Mortgage & Protection Adviser - work from home with lead source provided What you need to bring to the table

• CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent
• Must be based in England or South Wales
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice
• Excellent understanding of local market movement, activities and competitors
• Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
• Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills
• Passionate about Just Mortgages, values and processes
• A hunger to earn, drive to work hard, and reap rewards from dedication
• As an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, we would expect you to; be able to generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximize opportunities, and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment
• Evidence of adequate space/internet speed

Basic annual salary £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience) + guaranteed monthly amount while building your pipeline for up to 6 months

OTE £60,000+

Uncapped commission scheme based on: mortgages, protection sold, legal sign ups, refer a landlord, land and new homes referral and sale, homebuyer report referrals

• Engaging with people from all walks of life; holding conversations to establish needs and wants across email, phone, face‑to‑face, and video for social channels
• Spinning many plates; mastering multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities while sustaining high customer service and engagement
• Collaborating with peers within the branch to build relationships and detect referral opportunities
• Accountable for KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships
• Strong camera presence, appealing to and engaging audience to maximize reach
• Self‑motivated and proactive
