The Role Involve? This is a relationship-focused sales position where you'll connect talented finance professionals with businesses looking to hire. You'll spend your time building networks, creating opportunities, developing client relationships and managing deals from initial conversation through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates Conducting high-volume outbound calls Managing the recruitment process from start to finish Negotiating offers and securing successful outcomes Growing and maintaining a strong professional network Becoming a market specialist within your sector Achieving and exceeding individual performance targets Delivering a high-quality service to both clients and candidates Who We're Looking For Previous recruitment experience is not required.

Confident speaking on the phone Comfortable initiating conversations with new people Resilient when faced with setbacks or rejection Positive, energetic and self-motivated Commercially aware and target-driven Strong at building rapport and relationships Competitive and ambitious Driven by progression and financial reward Experience Minimum 1 year's sales experience preferred Experience in business development, outbound sales, telesales or customer-facing sales environments is advantageous Recruitment experience is welcome but not essential Why HireIQ?
