They sell directly to end‑user businesses, offering premium high‑quality products and solutions that out‑perform competition. The field sales team of Area Sales Managers is responsible for growing sales in a geographic area, both new business acquisition and account management.

Candidate ProfileApprox 2–5 years of field sales experience selling a product B2B. New business focused, builds rapport with clients quickly, outgoing, likable, positive, determined, can work independently yet excels in a team. Driving licence required.
PositionYou will receive a 3‑month induction period of intensive product and corporate sales training to insure that you can effectively sell into business clients spending £100k's per order. Then you will be on the path to promotion, either working on larger key accounts or managing others after 2 years, based on effort and sales performance. Package- £30,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary
- Achievable / realistic £60, OTE uncapped yr 1-yr 2
- Established top performers earning £70, and above as uncapped

You must have a minimum of 2–5 years product sales experience, ideally using a consultative solution sales approach working closely with clients for their needs. You will be outgoing, positive, a natural rapport builder, and enjoy meeting and engaging with new contacts. You are capable of working on your own, but also a great team player, used to working with stakeholders to secure the sale and create growth across the business.
You have a record of establishing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships, and you are driven to be successful and invest effort in a progressive and rewarding sales career.
