We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Technical Sales Manager to oversee the sales of complicated technology solutions in many countries for a growing company.
This is a high‑level job that requires a lot of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to create long‑term partnerships with clients. The person who gets the job will be in charge of managing large clients, creating revenue growth, and ensuring that technical solutions meet business goals.
Main Duties- Get enterprise clients to buy complicated technology solutions
- Work with technical teams to develop custom solutions
- Find and grow new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Monitor competitor activity and market changes
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records
- Deliver presentations, demos, and product pitches
- Provide first‑line technical support during the sales process
- Lead and direct sales teams to achieve corporate targets
- Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and events
- Travel abroad (30–40%) for business development and client engagement
- More than ten years of experience selling technical or solution products
- Successful track record in selling complex goods and services
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Strategic thinking and market analysis expertise
- Leadership experience and team‑influencing ability
- Proficiency in prospecting and engaging clients on Linked In
- Strong organization, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
- £56,000 to £58,000 per year
- Hybrid or remote work model
- On‑site parking
