We're looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join a fantastic, innovative business and play a key role in converting enquiries, building lasting client relationships and driving repeat business within the corporate and events sector.

This is a relationship-led sales role at the centre of a fast-moving business. You'll manage a live pipeline of enquiries, guide clients through the sales process and help deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact through to confirmation.

About the candidate

You will be a confident and personable sales professional who enjoys building relationships and having meaningful conversations with clients. You'll be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable managing a busy pipeline whilst maintaining excellent service levels.

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Oxford – 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home

What you'll do
  • Manage a live pipeline of up to 100 active enquiries
  • Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Produce accurate proposals and cost estimates tailored to client requirements
  • Build strong relationships through meaningful conversations and a consultative approach
  • Understand client objectives and identify the best solutions to meet their needs
  • Progress enquiries efficiently and proactively through the sales process
  • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Re-engage dormant and previous clients to generate repeat business opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify future opportunities
  • Represent the business at trade shows and exhibitions
  • Work towards conversion and revenue targets
