Graduate Account Manager (Full 360 Commercial Role)

The RoleThis is a 360 commercial role where you’ll manage and grow client relationships while also identifying new opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and needs
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional services
- Speaking with new prospects and generating opportunities
- Supporting the sales process through to conversion
- Maintaining a consistent pipeline of both new and existing business
- Hybrid working with a balance of office and home working
- Structured onboarding programme focused on product and sales training
- Ongoing development and mentoring from senior team members
- Bonus scheme linked to individual performance
- Regular incentives and team‑based rewards
- A collaborative and supportive working culture
- £6,000–£9,000 expected bonus in year one
- Additional earning potential as you develop and take on more responsibility
