Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in Northern England and Scotland, focusing on low-voltage control solutions. - Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, positioning the company as the preferred supplier. - Industry Insight:
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge. - Strategic Sales Planning:
Create and implement a robust sales strategy to meet and surpass revenue targets. - Customer Support:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and exceptional after-sales service. - Sales Reporting:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM records for pipeline management and performance tracking.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
3-5 years of proven success in sales within the low-voltage controls industry is essential. - Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Self-motivated:
Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively. - Performance-Oriented:
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Travel-Ready:
Willing to travel extensively within Northern England and Scotland.
