With a strong presence across Asia, our client has expanded its footprint to over 35 countries and regions, and is now ambitiously extending its reach into the European market .
Job summary:
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Country Sales Representatives to lead business development initiatives across key European markets. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with a globally growing company, supported by comprehensive training and onboarding resources.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant industrial sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts
- Conduct local market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English or Chinese
- Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
- Residing in Germany, France, the Netherlands, or Switzerland
- Prior experience is not essential—training is provided, and we welcome fresh graduates

Compensation Package:
The role offers a base salary plus a 20% performance-based incentive. Annual salary increments are strictly tied to individual performance, with no hierarchy-based limitations—adjustments are fully determined by a year-end review of revenue contribution.
