Location:
Reading – Remote with on‑road presence across North London.
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + OTE 60,000 plus benefits.

- Selling industrial gearboxes, motors, invertors, and related equipment.
- 70% account management, 30% new business development.
- Covering a patch across North London and surrounding areas.
- Remote working – 3 or 4 days a week on the road.
- Sales Manager or similar role with experience in motors, gearboxes, drives, invertors or related fields.
- Track record of B2B sales in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong relationship‑building and business‑development skills.
- Experience working independently in a remote or traveling role.
