About You

Ideally, you will have proven experience in inside sales or telesales, ideally within recruitment services, payroll, MSP, or a related B2B environment. You can only excel in this role if you have:

About

the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will identify, target and convert SME recruitment agencies through proactive outbound sales activity. Using phone-based prospecting, follow-ups and marketing support, you will build a strong pipeline and close opportunities across the full Giant service offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating new business opportunities through consistent outbound calling and prospecting.
  • Building and managing a healthy pipeline of qualified SME recruitment prospects.
  • Selling the full range of Giant services to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Engaging and influencing senior decision makers within recruitment agencies.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual revenue and activity targets.
  • Accurately maintaining CRM records and tracking performance against targets.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + £50–55k OTE.
  • Contract:

    Permanent;

    Hours:

    37 hrs per week, Mon to Fri 9 AM – 5:30 PM.

    Home-based.
