The Role

We're looking for a proactive and results‑driven Area Sales Manager to take ownership of the Northeast territory (NE, DH, SR, DL, TS, YO, HU, DN). You'll manage existing accounts, build long‑term relationships, and drive new business growth in key sectors.

You’ll Have The Freedom To
  • Own your territory and set your sales strategy
  • Develop and expand relationships with both regional and global accounts
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing to follow up on leads
  • Report and forecast performance while providing insights on market trends

This is a high‑autonomy role with excellent support, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven field sales experience in technical or industrial sectors
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • ONC in Electrical/Instrumentation or similar;
    Engineering degree desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
