SEO Sales Consultant
Salary: £25,000–£45,000 per year (OTE based on performance)
Hours:
35 hours/week (140 hours/month), flexible (UK office hours)

Role OverviewLead the full sales cycle for SEO and digital marketing services—outreach, qualification, tailored solutions, and contract negotiation—while collaborating with marketing, SEO strategists and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation- Identify, research and engage potential clients through proactive outreach and inbound leads.
- Qualify prospects to ensure a strong fit for Geeky Tech’s SEO and digital services.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover challenges and opportunities.
- Present services confidently, positioning Geeky Tech as a growth partner—not just a supplier.
- Build tailored proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Work with marketing on lead generation and nurture campaigns.
- Collaborate with SEO strategists and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful onboarding.
- Track and report on key sales metrics: conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Reports To:
Chief Commercial Officer
- Marketing team (lead generation & campaigns)
- Service delivery & strategy teams (client handover & retention)
- Consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.
- Strong pipeline management and conversion metrics.
- Excellent client feedback and seamless onboarding experiences.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within digital marketing, SEO, or technology services.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Confidence using CRM systems and sales tracking tools (e.g. Hub Spot, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, or digital marketing terminology.
- Experience working with marketing agencies or SaaS/tech‑sector clients.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate results into client value.
