The role of the Telesales Executive – Fire & Security will involve:
 
* Telesales Executive position focusing on a high quality range of CCTV connectors but also selling a range of fire & security systems (monitoring, CCTV systems, alarms, access control, fire suppression systems)
 
* Primarily an outbound sales call with quality volume outreach with some inbound leads
 
* Update and maintain accurate customer records, activity logs and pipeline information within the CRM system
 
* Selling to security providers and construction companies
 
* Maintain, grow and develop both new and existing customer relationships
 
* Responsible for generating sales leads via outbound calls and emails
 
* Follow up quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates and achieve monthly sales targets
 
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional fire & security products and services to both new and existing customers
 
* Keep in touch with existing customers and reactivate dormant or lapsed accounts
The ideal applicant will be a Telesales Executive – Fire & Security with:
 
* Must have outbound Sales experience within the Construction sector
 
* Energetic, resilient, hardworking, organised and confident
 
* Must be confident and picking up the phone and calling customers
 
* Previous experience within the Fire & Security sectors would be highly advantageous
 
* Customer orientated and focused
 
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 
* Personable, friendly demeanour
 
* Computer and Microsoft Office literate
