Mac Gregor Black are partnering with a leading beverage solutions business on the search for a Sales Manager
. This is a permanent role covering Greater London
, operating in a field-based and remote working capacity.

As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across a portfolio of strategic B2B customers. Working within a fast-growing commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to accelerate business performance.

This is a consultative, solution-selling role focused on delivering sustainable hydration solutions to customers across workplace, hospitality, vending and contract catering channels.

The successful candidate will thrive in a KPI-driven environment, possess strong commercial acumen and be comfortable operating within a high-growth business that offers significant opportunity for career development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow strategic customer relationships across key accounts and channel partners.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within workplace, hospitality, food service and catering sectors.
  • Deliver against monthly sales, revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive account expansion through solution-based selling and value creation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across procurement, operations and commercial functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and account development.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting.
  • Gather customer insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting innovative and sustainable beverage solutions.
What Are We Looking For?
  • Proven success within B2B sales, account management or business development.
  • Experience selling into food service, hospitality, workplace, vending or contract catering environments.
  • Strong track record of delivering commercial growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing and developing strategic customer relationships.
  • Demonstrable solution-selling capability and a consultative sales approach.
  • Existing relationships within key food service and catering networks would be highly advantageous.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic and ambitious, with a desire to grow your career within a scaling business.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
