This lucrative hybrid role involves working for an international company that is really going places. This diverse role will involve, International Customer Coordination, Account Management, dealing with sales enquiries and supporting the wider Account Management team both in the UK and abroad. Applicants with fluency in either Dutch, German or Polish will really stand out in this role. Whilst this is a remote role, you will be required to report to the office manager once a week.
The company is based in Nuneaton Warwickshire. Duties and Responsibilities International Account Coordination UK and remote international customer support, maintaining strong business relationships Act as a liaison between customers and various company wide departments Key Account Management Processing sales orders, quotations, escalating technical issues to engineers, manufacturing and management team Admin support for UK and international teams Reporting to and supporting the International Customer Support Manager Qualifications and Skills 2-3 years of experience in a Product, Customer Support or Account Management role Fluency in Dutch, German or Polish, spoken and written as well as fluency in English is a must.
Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with the ability to understand technical information. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong Microsoft skills, Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with Microsoft office suite, Microsoft D365 (ERP) and CRM Proven strong administrative skills in career so far Organised, confident team player with the ability to work at pace with minimum support.
