About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing team as Trainee Insurance Web Agent. This entry‑level role is ideal for anyone looking to build a career in the insurance industry, with full training and development provided.
As a Trainee Web Agent, you will be the first point of contact for small and medium‑sized business owners who have requested a quote for commercial insurance through our website or partner platforms. These could include businesses such as retail stores, tradespeople, cafés, contractors, charities, and more. Your role is to respond quickly, verify key details, understand their insurance needs, assess whether we can help them find the most suitable commercial insurance coverage, and then pass the opportunity to an Insurance Specialist for the final quotation and policy discussion.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Engage with business owners who have made real‑time commercial insurance enquiries online.
- Understand their business operations and confirm essential risk and coverage details.
- Identify whether we can assist them with improved or more suitable insurance options.
- Transfer qualified leads to our expert insurance advisors for further consultation.
- Accurately record call details and customer information in our CRM system.
- Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful experience at all times.
You don’t need insurance or sales experience — just the right attitude and willingness to learn. We’ll give you full training to help you develop and succeed.
