I’m partnering with one of the market’s most exciting businesses in the branded meat/frozen category, a £100m+ turnover powerhouse with 25 years of uninterrupted growth. They’re smashing targets quarter after quarter and are now recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager role to accelerate their expansion across the South of London. With industry-leading quality, long-standing supplier relationships, and a reputation as the genuine food experts, this business is trusted by chefs, wholesalers, distributors, and end-users alike. Their Country Managers, Technical teams and NPD specialists regularly visit production sites to guarantee standards, which means you walk into meetings with instant credibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning and growing the South London market, driving both new business and existing accounts within Food service.
Opening doors, pitching, converting, and growing distribution.
Driving performance across food service and wholesale partners.
Using your industry contacts to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Need to Bring

Proven success selling into the wholesale channel (food service experience is essential).
A strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.
Background in meat is advantageous but not essential – channel knowledge is key.
A genuine hunter mentality: proactive, persistent, commercially sharp.
Ability to influence, negotiate, and comfortably close business.

15% Monthly Bonus (+ stretch target)
