Role Overview- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help generate sales opportunities for our SaaS products, recruitment services, and business solutions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to businesses, building relationships, arranging meetings, and supporting the company in converting leads into paying customers or long-term partners.
- This role is suitable for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys speaking with businesses, understands customer needs, and is interested in SaaS, HR tech, recruitment, and digital business solutions.
- Identify and research potential clients, including businesses, recruitment agencies, HR teams, training providers, colleges, universities, and other relevant organisations.
- Generate new sales leads through Linked In, email outreach, phone calls, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Promote the company’s SaaS products, recruitment services, and business solutions to potential clients.
- Arrange discovery calls, demos, and business meetings with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and explain how our products or services can support their business needs.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, service packages, and client communication.
- Work closely with the internal technical, recruitment, and management teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, meetings, and sales progress using CRM tools or internal trackers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Support marketing and campaign activities where required, including Linked In outreach and promotional campaigns.
- Help identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and business growth areas.

- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, recruitment sales, SaaS sales, or client‑facing roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in reaching out to new businesses and decision‑makers.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly to different types of clients.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines, follow‑ups, and relationship building.
- Comfortable using Linked In, email, phone, and online platforms for outreach.
- Good research skills to identify relevant companies and contacts.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, recruitment, HR, or technology services would be an advantage.
- Good written English for emails, messages, and client communication.
- Experience using CRM systems or lead tracking tools.
- Experience selling SaaS, recruitment, HR, payroll, or software solutions.
- Knowledge of Linked In Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Existing network with recruiters, HR professionals, universities, training providers, or businesses.
- Ability to support demos, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Understanding of B2B sales and partnership development.
- Confident and professional in communication.
- Comfortable approaching new clients.
- Persistent with follow‑ups.
- Able to understand client problems and position suitable solutions.
- Interested in technology, recruitment, SaaS, and business growth.
- Organised and able to manage multiple leads at the same time.
