Working Hours & Schedule

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week.

Location:

On‑site full‑time during the training period with some flexibility to work from home thereafter.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

Salary

£25,200 annually.

Role Summary

The role involves supporting the EU Sales team with daily duties and projects, ensuring the utmost consumer satisfaction through efficient processing and facilitation of customer orders.

Responsibilities
  • Departmental administrative tasks
  • Liaise with customers and post order enquiries
  • Coordinate Account Managers/Executives sales pipelines and update customers on order progress
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner
  • Attend key meetings (in the UK and Europe)
  • Process orders
  • Extensive liaison with European Sales Executives/Account Managers within the UK and across Europe
Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have proven experience of working well in a pressurised environment. Experience with in a sales team is beneficial but not essential. The ability to communicate in a European language is also beneficial.

  • Deadline‑focused with ability to balance daily tasks with long‑term projects
