Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week.
Location:
On‑site full‑time during the training period with some flexibility to work from home thereafter.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.
£25,200 annually.
Role SummaryThe role involves supporting the EU Sales team with daily duties and projects, ensuring the utmost consumer satisfaction through efficient processing and facilitation of customer orders.
Responsibilities- Departmental administrative tasks
- Liaise with customers and post order enquiries
- Coordinate Account Managers/Executives sales pipelines and update customers on order progress
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner
- Attend key meetings (in the UK and Europe)
- Process orders
- Extensive liaison with European Sales Executives/Account Managers within the UK and across Europe
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have proven experience of working well in a pressurised environment. Experience with in a sales team is beneficial but not essential. The ability to communicate in a European language is also beneficial.
- IT literate with proficiency in key Microsoft packages

- Deadline‑focused with ability to balance daily tasks with long‑term projects
