Cheltenham – Hybrid working.

Salary: £22,000 – £32,000 per year.

Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent, Graduate, Freelance.

• Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the commercial team by engaging prospects via phone, email, and social media.
• Encouraging creative and strategic thinking for outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video‑mails, events) to generate leads in well‑identified target markets.
• Identifying key decision makers and determining how we can solve their challenges.
• Converting outbound and inbound leads into qualified meetings for the commercial team.
• Managing data in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to date.
• Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growth.

• Some experience in a sales role is preferred.
• Experience using a CRM software is preferred but not essential.
• Tenacity and determination, someone who wants to prove themselves.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• The ability to organise and prioritise workload independently.
• A self‑driven person who also works well as part of a team.
• A positive and energetic approach.
• Interest in digital marketing is not essential but would be useful.
