Responsibilities- Promote Klipboard s suite of software solutions into the wholesale, manufacturing and distribution marketplace, delivering new business sales against an agreed annual target through consultative selling, discovery-led engagement and hands-on product capability.
- Drive and deliver lead generation and marketing exercises for assigned territory through own effort and collaboration with the sales-focused Marketing Department; use consultative sales approach to convert opportunities.
- CRM system management; sales methodology and management support tools; product demonstration tools and layered applications used to support discovery and solution presentation.
- Demonstrable record of achieving new business targets; strong opportunity qualification and assessment capability across the full sales process; professional presentation skills up to board level; commercially aware and team oriented.
- Lead business discovery process and presentation of solutions; hands-on approach with products including initial demonstration capability; qualify opportunities effectively; produce accurate sales forecasting over time; maintain CRM discipline; attend and present at monthly sales meetings.
- Build trust through structured discovery and solution alignment; present solutions clearly and professionally to meet customer needs.
- New business bookings against annual target; strong pipeline health and qualification quality; predictable forecasting and CRM accuracy.
- Collaborate with Marketing and sales leadership; operate with a self-starter mindset and positive “can do” attitude.
- Travel as required to support territory coverage and sales activity.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable record of achieving new business targets
- Strong qualification/assessment capability throughout the sales process
- Self-starter mindset
- Ability to deliver presentations in a professional and structured manner up to board level
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Commercially aware
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driving licence and passport (travel required)
- Strong B2B new business sales experience of ERP software
- Experience gained within the distribution marketplace
