Position Overview

Senior Mortgage Advisor based in Southsea, Portsmouth. Work in a supportive environment with the Area Mortgage Manager.

• Salary: £31,000 pa
• Supporting payment guarantee for a fixed period
• Car allowance: £3,500 or company car
• Realistic OTE: £70,000 pa (uncapped)
• 5 days a week (Mon–Fri), Saturday on call – two Saturdays off per month
• Option to work from home 1 day per week

• Promote insurance and protection products
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, celebrating success
• Work with the estate agency team to maximise opportunities and coach colleagues
• Engage with existing customers to generate new business
• Collaborate with lenders to secure the best deals
• Maintain compliance with FCA guidelines

• CeMAP Level 1 qualified (or CAS status)
• Proven mortgage advisory experience
