Remote position within the UK, with frequent international travel.

Are you a Channel Sales Manager with experience of developing distributor and agent networks across international markets, looking to take ownership of a strategically important region within a global engineering organisation?

This is an outstanding opportunity to lead commercial growth across the Middle East, Israel, Africa and Eastern Europe, shaping market strategy while developing high-performing distributor partnerships that deliver long-term success.

With visibility across the wider EMEA leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering ambitious commercial objectives while developing distributor capability, improving sales performance and helping shape the company's long-term market position.

The organisation is an internationally recognised manufacturer of highly engineered testing and industrial technology solutions, trusted by leading manufacturers, research organisations and universities worldwide.

This position would suit somebody with sales leadership experience of managing channel partners and distributors, looking for an exciting new position.

The Role:

  • Develop and deliver regional sales growth strategies across the Middle East, Israel, Africa and Eastern Europe.
  • Lead and develop channel partners to improve performance, customer engagement and market reach.
  • Monitor pipeline, forecasting and sales activity to drive profitable growth.

The Candidate:

  • Experience managing distributor and agent networks in technical, industrial, capital equipment or engineered product markets.
  • Proven success delivering profitable growth across international territories
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent forecasting, negotiation and planning skills
