Sales Executive

Job Overview

Field Sales Executive for South Central England covering OX, SN, RG, HP postcode areas. Base salary up to approximately £35,000 per annum, plus bonus, and benefits including a VW Golf Hybrid tax‑efficient company car, business mileage paid, smart phone and laptop.

• Visit customers roughly four days a week, developing and maintaining relationships, driving account penetration and securing sales opportunities.
• Leverage an established customer base and new business strategies to grow the business across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
• Manage your own diary and travel itineraries, working about one day a week from a home office.
• Achieve sales targets and regularly file activity reports.
• Participate in mandatory induction, ongoing product training and technical support as required.

• Background in external field sales (Sales Representative, Sales Executive or Account Manager) managing a regional territory.
• Excellent communication skills, exuding a bright, cheerful, outgoing personality.
• Highly self‑motivated, goal‑driven, capable of working independently while collaborating with a team.
• Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet.
• No specific product experience required.
