Barista & Co is seeking a motivated Account Manager (Growth & Partnerships) to drive sales growth and launch new product ranges. This remote position requires a proven track record in retail, particularly with mid-to-large retailers.
The successful candidate will manage retail pricing and margins, as well as work alongside the Founder on major accounts. Benefits include direct mentorship and a commission structure rewarding successful new business hunting coupled with flexibility for remote work.
