Position: Customer Sales Advisor - Beko Europe (Hybrid & Remote)

About the Role

Salary: £25,506 per year plus average additional earnings of £7,024 per annum.

Contract:

Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with a rotating weekly shift pattern.

Location:

Remote for those not local to Nottingham, and Hybrid for those local to Nottingham. Start:
Monday the 3rd of August.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log into the automatic call distributor system and receive inbound calls from customers eager to register their appliances.
  • Build rapport and connect with customers to understand their needs.
  • Guide customers through the registration process, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Shift Pattern

Your shift patterns will rotate on a 9‑week rota between our core opening hours of 8am and 8pm (Monday‑Sunday). You will work four Saturdays and one Sunday in every 9 weeks. You will work 37.5 hours per week and you will have two 15‑minute breaks and a full hour for lunch, allowing you to recharge and maintain your focus.

  • Clear communicator – Explain products transparently and avoid jargon or misleading language, a regulatory must.
