CONVEYANCING SALES ASSOCIATE
£25,000 per annum basic, with an OTE of £50,000 per annum in the first year. Private medical insurance. 29 days annual leave + Bank Holidays. Remote working set up support.
What you will be doing:- Convert warm inbound and outbound leads, helping potential clients understand the service provision.
- Make outbound calls to people in the home-buying journey, build a rapport with them and understand which stage they are at.
- Identify needs and convert them into instructed clients.
- Develop your own pipeline, working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
- Have a sales background and a proven ability to convert leads using a consultative approach.
- Previous experience in conveyancing, estate agency, sales progression or business development.
- Organised, collaborative, and keen to learn and grow within a fast‑paced environment.
