About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Inbound Lead Qualification Specialist to join a fast paced ecommerce education company. This position focuses on engaging with warm leads, understanding their business goals and ensuring they are qualified before progressing to the closing team.
You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and maintaining a high quality sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Speak with inbound leads from digital marketing funnels and applications
Conduct structured qualification calls using company frameworks
Assess prospect suitability based on revenue goals and business stage
Book appointments for strategy consultations
Reduce no shows through proactive follow up communication
Update Hub Spot with detailed notes and next actions
Track booking metrics and daily performance targets
Collaborate closely with sales leadership teams
Ideal Candidate
2 plus years experience in sales development or appointment setting
Strong confidence speaking with business owners over the phone
Highly organised with excellent follow up skills
Comfortable working in a performance driven environment
Experience using CRM systems such as Hub Spot
